Our goal is to develop socio-economic condition through launching programs with the following objectives:

• • Create employment for the disadvantaged poor people.
• • Increase literacy rate within the working areas: Help the Poor Peoples, Women and Children, Adolescent, School dropouts’ underprivileged and disadvantaged group to engage in health and Non-formal Educational activities;
• • Established Women Rights in the Project areas: Protect self responsibility of grass root levels marginal farmers and farm labors; Help the women, children & self dependant and increase awareness about socio-economic conditions environment, healthcare and skill development training ; Ensure legal and social rights of the destitute women; Involve the poor women groups to participate in different programs for self-dependence;
• • Established Self-Employment opportunities through Income Generating Activities:Increase additional income of the target families; Improve income generation activities in all spates; Economic Relif, Rehabilitation & socioeconomic development of the poor; Under taking savings and credit activities among the rural people; Economic rehabilitation & socio-economic development of the poor;
• Improve health status of the target families through establish in Preventive & Curative Health Care Services. Establish Primary Health Care Support in the project areas like as:- Nutrition education, Health Awareness builds, Water & Sanitation, STD/AID-HIV, Arsenic mitigation;
• Improved Agro-based production in the project area. Increase the overall production capacity of crops; Co-operate the rural farmer for agricultural development; Improved agricultural livelihood through development of Fisheries, Livestock & Agricultural Farming activities;
• • Establish Training institute to ventilate training facilities on skill training and develop research activities on new & modern technologies of different sector;
• • Massive training performance for Transport labor for their health and wealthy life and also to create congenial atmosphere and environment in the society and the nation as a whole; Arrange Skill development training for the staffs & new initiatives; Human resource development for job seeker educated youth, NGO leaders, NGO activists entrepreneur & promoters;
• • Establish effective Communicative systems to transfer updated messages on development issues. Develop information and networking; Education for all; Provide help to build roads and to excavate the ponds.Keep and environmental balance through forestry activities;
• • Decrease disaster mitigation and ensure relief supports among the victims; Ensure effective communication for essential measures to be taken before the disaster; Ensure relief and rehabilitation during the disaster period; Provide health services by distributing sanitary latrine and tube-well in the village area.

PASA is an active humanitarian Non- profitable , Non political, Non-Government social development organization in Bangladeshi (NGO) founded under the guidance of benefited social workers. Mohammad Farid Khan, who is professional skill and enthusiastic for the development and this associates being imbued with the Human feeling started working a few years ago from the corner of a Village:- Rowhadho in Manikgonj District with their own humble ressources , knowledge and intellect whatever they had. In the face of innumerable problems of the rural people the initial days of 2002 were extremely crucial. The welfare effort made by organization aiming at the distressed people at the initial days was crucial. However PASA with their strong committed and devote feeling made a gradual progress of their work. Gradual development reaching at every corner of Manikgonj District, won the peoples heart and thus people irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and gender got together under the same banner of the organization.
PASA is currently involved in implementation of many national level projects including Child and Mother Health & Nutrition, Migration, Maternal Allowance, Vulnerable Group Development (VGD), Out of School Children Education Program, Health Awareness Program Covid-19, prevention of HIV/AIDS, Primary and Mass Education. Non-formal Education (NFE). Early child Development (ECD), Basic literacy Education, Basic literacy Program (BLP) PLCEHD-2. PASA any situation has been aggravated by a widespread prevalence of a large number of people, who are economically disadvantaged and mentally retarded, living virtually as parasites in the society.
It has Executive Council who has overall control and guide while execute the whole activities through its Executive Director who is also the ex-officio Secretary of the Council. One Executive Director is full time engaged to implement the over all program by dynamic leadership of the organization.
